I tried everything I thought I was supposed to do. Stretching. Icing. Taking days off. Foam rolling. Nothing made it better. I remember the run where I couldn’t finish and had to walk home, feeling defeated and wondering if maybe I just wasn’t built to be a runner.

That moment changed everything for me.

It pushed me to learn why runners get injured, what causes knee pain in the first place, and what actually fixes it long-term. That path led me to becoming a sports physical therapist and to helping hundreds of runners rebuild their bodies and regain their confidence in the process.

Running changed my life. And now I help runners keep it in theirs.
